Mogens Rubinstein<\/div>\n

Mogens Rubinstein, chairman of the association since March 2016. He is a retired journalist and editor at DR, where he worked on TV and radio since 1978 until 2916. He has dealt with subjects as diverse as politics, the Royal Family, business and economics. He has also been a member of DR's Board of Directors elected by the employees for 12 years. Mogens has also hosted a number of different programmes such as Pengemagasinet.<\/div>\n

Ulla Knudsen, Viola player in DRSO from 1981-2019. Retired 1 July 2019. Organiser of the Foyer Concerts for 9 years, which have since become the DR Ensembles Chamber Concerts. Through this, a close collaboration with the then Venneforeningen. Member of the orchestra's board for several periods. Accountant for the viola group for 25 years. For over 30 years a member of the chamber music ensemble Con Anima. Retirement is, among many other things, spent studying French, attending concerts and spending time with family and friends. From October 2019, member of the board of the Friends' Association.<\/div>\n

Trained as a singer at the Royal Danish Academy of Music 1984 Employed as a soprano in the Radio Chamber Choir, later the DR Vocal Ensemble from 1985-2015. Has previously served on the board of Venneforeningen in his capacity as chairman of the DR Vocal Ensemble. He is now a freelance singer and a lark at Garnison Church.<\/div>\n

I have been retired since 2010. My working life has centred around children and young people from many platforms. I was originally a primary school teacher, but in 1985 I left teaching and started working as a municipal consultant. I then became a project manager in the Ministry of Education, and for a number of years I was a municipal office manager with personnel management and budget responsibility. My primary area of specialisation during my years as a consultant was integration, and in this connection I have worked in an EU context, among other things. As office manager, my area of responsibility was day care centres, schools and child health in general. My educational background ranges from a teacher training programme via relevant continuing education to a master's degree in management and administration from CBS.
\nMusic has always played a big part in our family life, and we have had the great pleasure of having both our children as students at Sankt Ann\u00e6 Gymnasium, where they have sung in choirs and played in an orchestra. As a retiree, I now also spend time on art classes, exercise, literature, travelling and not least my grandchildren.<\/div>\n

Carina has long \u2018worked\u2019 in DR, as she started as a 9-year-old in the DR Children's Choir and later the DR Girls' Choir and has also worked at the Concert Hall as a supervisor in the foyer. Carina has previously worked as a project coordinator and communications consultant and now works as a project manager at DVCA (Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association). Carina graduated from CBS and is elected to the municipal council for the Conservative People's Party in Frederiksberg, where she lives.<\/div>\n

\nSince 1998, she has been working at DR Musik in various roles, including as a foyer employee, audience coordinator and subscription manager.

Articles of Association<\/div>\n
Articles of Association for the Friends of DR's Choirs and Orchestras
\n\u00a71 Name, registered office, purpose and activities of the organisation<\/strong>
\n1.1 The name of the organisation is Venneforeningen for DRs Kor og Orkestre.
\n1.2 The registered office of the organisation is Copenhagen
\n1.3 The purpose of the association is to support DR's choirs and orchestras in their activities both financially and in terms of opinion. The association shall not engage in programme choices, artistic issues or anything else that may affect the freedom and integrity of the orchestras or choirs or the administrations of the orchestras and choirs.
\n1.4 In addition to membership fees, the association may receive gifts and inheritance to finance its activities.
\n\u00a72 Members of the Association<\/strong>
\n2.1 Natural and legal persons may be admitted as members of the association if they support the association's purpose and pay the membership fee set by the general meeting.
\n2.2 Membership is cancelled if the membership fee is not paid within three months of the date of issue of the membership fee invoice.
\n\u00a7Section 3 Management of the organisation<\/strong>
\n3.1 The Association is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of up to seven members.
\n3.2 The head of DR's Choir and Orchestras and the chairman of the Symphony Orchestra and the Vocal Ensemble may be invited to participate in relevant parts of the meetings without voting rights.
\n3.3 The remaining 5 members are elected for one year at a time at the annual general meeting among the members of the association.
\n3.4 The board of directors shall elect a chairman and a deputy chairman\/treasurer from among the board members elected by the general meeting.
\n3.5 Board meetings are convened by the chairman as needed. After the meetings, brief minutes are prepared and sent to the board members for any comments. Each member has one vote at the meetings. In the event of a tie, the chairman - or in his absence - the vice-chairman\/treasurer has the casting vote. The Board of Directors constitutes a quorum when more than half of the members, including the chairman or vice chairman\/treasurer, are present.
\n3.6 The association is authorised by the chairman or vice chairman\/treasurer together with the coordinator
\n\u00a7Section 4 General Meeting <\/strong>
\n4.1 The annual general meeting shall be held in Copenhagen in October. The meeting shall be convened by the Board of Directors and in the manner decided by the Board of Directors with at least 30 days' notice.
\n4.2 At the annual general meeting, the following agenda must be observed:<\/p>\n
    \n
  1. Election of chairman of the meeting<\/li>\n
  2. The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.<\/li>\n
  3. Presentation of the annual report for approval.<\/li>\n
  4. Election of board members.<\/li>\n
  5. (Deleted)<\/li>\n
  6. Determination of membership fees.<\/li>\n
  7. Proposals from the board and from members.<\/li>\n
  8. Possibly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    4.3 Proposals from members must be submitted in writing to the association's secretariat no later than two weeks before the general meeting.
    \n4.4 Extraordinary general meetings may only be convened by decision of the Board of Directors.
    \n\u00a7Section 5 Accounting and auditing. <\/strong>
    \n5.1 The association's financial year runs from 1 July to 30 June.
    \n5.2 The board of directors is responsible for the preparation of the accounts and their publication to the members. The accounts must include a profit and loss account and balance sheet as of 30 June. They must be audited by the association's external auditor, who provides the accounts with an auditor's report.
    \n\u00a76 Amendments to the articles of association, dissolution. <\/strong>
    \n6.1 Amendments to these Articles of Association may only be made at a general meeting where at least 2\/3 of the members present vote in favour of the proposal.
    \n6.2 The association may only be dissolved after adoption by at least 2\/3 majority of the members present at two consecutive extraordinary general meetings with dissolution of the association as the only item on the agenda, held 14 days apart.
    \n6.3 In the event of the dissolution of the association, the association's assets shall accrue to DR's ensembles mentioned in section 1.3 at the board's discretion.
