Dear members of the Circle of Friends<\/p>\n

It's time for the annual general meeting, which as usual will take place on Monday 28 October
\nat 17:00 in the Concert Hall in DR-Byen.<\/p>\n

This is both an ordinary and an extraordinary general meeting. Ordinary because the agenda is completely in accordance with the articles of association, but \u201dextraordinary\u201d because this year we offer a little extra musical experience. The board decided to subsidise the Girls' Choir's participation in a Danish promotion in Paris, and the choir will
\nwould like to let us hear some examples from the repertoire in the French capital. This will happen after the general meeting and the scholarship ceremony, which also includes musical performances.<\/p>\n

Before the AGM, many of our members have enjoyed a rehearsal with the Vocal Ensemble elsewhere in
\nThe house. In this way, it will be the most musical general meeting in the Friends' history. Before the general meeting starts, the association offers a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. The doors open at 16:30.<\/p>\n

According to the Articles of Association, the agenda for the general meeting reads as follows:<\/p>\n

1. Election of chairman of the meeting
\n2. The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.
\n3. Presentation of the annual report for approval and decision on the utilisation of profit or loss.
\ncoverage of deficits.
\n4. Election of board members.
\n5. Election of auditor.
\n6. Determination of membership fees.
\n7. Proposals from the Board and from Members.
\n8. Possibly.
\nProposals from members must be submitted in writing to the association's secretariat no later than 2 weeks before
\nthe general meeting will be held at this address kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk<\/a> .<\/p>\n

We hope to see as many of our members as possible at this year's AGM. For the sake of
\nfor the practical event, we ask you to register at here<\/a> before 18 October 2019.<\/p>\n
