BELOW IS A GUIDE ON HOW TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE FOR OPEN REHEARSALS, WORK REHEARSALS AND REHEARSAL PROGRAMMES.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

NOTE: This is only a guide to the procedure for purchasing tickets via the website. Nothing can be purchased here and all prices and events are examples only. All instructions and important information are marked with a red circle on the images. The guide is designed to be read on a computer, so the images may look strange if read on a smartphone. Please also note that any problems in the system should be reported to the Concert Hall Customer Centre and NOT to the Friends of the Concert Hall. Tickets can also be purchased by calling the Concert Hall Customer Centre or in person. Ticket sales open at 10:00 on Tuesday 14 January 2020. Koncerthuset Customer Centre can be contacted on phone number: +45 3520 6262<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is also possible to buy tickets by calling the number above or by visiting the Concert Hall in person, but we recommend doing so online.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Before you start buying tickets, you need to create a profile on the DR Koncerthuset website, which you will need later. It can be created by following this <\/strong>link<\/strong><\/a>. If you already have a profile, have your login details ready.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Due to busy periods, you may find yourself queuing to book tickets.<\/em><\/p>\n

Do not refresh the page to be sent further in the queue, this happens automatically.<\/em><\/p>\n

Don't book tickets through multiple internet browsers.<\/em><\/p>\n

When you are in the queue, you will be continuously informed of ticket availability\/sold out\/waiting list or other important information.<\/em><\/p>\n

When ticket sales open, there will be a \u201cBuy Ticket\u201d button next to each of our events as shown below:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Click on it to go to the page where you can buy tickets. Once clicked, you will be taken to a page with an overview of all our events. Click on \u2018Tickets\u2019 next to the first event you want to buy tickets for:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You will now be taken to an overview of the hall for the event you have selected. For rehearsals, you get an overview of the entire hall and you can zoom either by turning the wheel on your mouse or by pressing the buttons in the bottom right corner:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Drag around the hall until you find the seats you want, then tap them one by one until you have the number you want. Once you've selected a seat, it will change colour and be marked with a checkmark. On the right side of the screen, you can see an overview of the selected seats for this event:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Once you have selected all the seats you want for an event, click \u2018Add to basket\u2019 to reserve the tickets and return to the overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

You will now return to the overview of the events. You will see the ones you have purchased for on the screen with your selected seats next to this event. If you want to change your selected tickets, press the blue button with a pencil at the top, and if you want to completely remove the tickets for an event, press the blue button with a trash can. Repeat the above procedure until you have tickets for all the events you want<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
