  2. The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.<\/li>\n
  3. Presentation of the annual report for approval<\/li>\n
  4. Election of board members.<\/li>\n
  5. Election of auditor.<\/li>\n
  6. Determination of membership fees.<\/li>\n
  7. Proposals from the board and from members.<\/li>\n

     <\/p>\n

    1. Election of chairman of the meeting.<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Jens Over\u00f8 was elected chairman of the meeting.<\/p>\n

    The chairman of the meeting stated that the general meeting was legally convened.
    \nIt was decided to move item 4 and item 7 around.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    2. The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Chairman presented the Board's report, which was taken note of.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    3. Presentation of the annual accounts for approval <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The treasurer presented the accounts.<\/p>\n

    The accounts were approved.  <\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    7. Proposals from the Board and from members<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Proposed amendments to the articles of association from the board:<\/p>\n

    3.1 The organisation is managed by a board of seven members.
    \n3.2 The chairmen of the orchestra and choir associations, respectively, are born members of the board. The choir and orchestra director participates in the board meetings without voting rights.<\/p>\n

    The changes were adopted.<\/p>\n

    There were no proposals from the members.<\/p>\n

    The following wish was expressed: That the Friends organise concert trips for members about twice a year. This could be concerts with other orchestras and visits to their concert halls, or travelling with DR's choirs and orchestras on tours.<\/p>\n

    5. Election of auditor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Board proposed the auditing firm Christensen & Kj\u00e6rulff.<\/p>\n

    Christensen and Kj\u00e6rulff were elected.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    6. Determination of membership fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The membership fee rates for next season remain unchanged:<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Single member 300 kr.<\/p>\n

    Pensioners 250 kr.<\/p>\n

    Young 0 kr.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    4. Election of board members.<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The current board consists of 7 members.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Mogens Rubinstein, Chairman<\/p>\n

    Ann Granum, Treasurer<\/p>\n

    Michael Henrik Adeler-Bjarn\u00f8<\/p>\n

    Ulrik Skat S\u00f8rensen<\/p>\n

    Carina H\u00f8edt<\/p>\n

    Dorte Bennike, Chairman of the Danish National Symphony Orchestra (born member, not eligible for election)<\/p>\n

    Emil Lykke, chairman of DR VokalEnsemblet (born member, not eligible for election)<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The board was re-elected.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    8.Any other business.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Chairman thanked the chairman.<\/p>\n
