Doors open at 14.30.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>After the formal part, several scholarships will also be awarded this year, which is why there will be a more extensive music programme with singing and games, <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>According to the articles of association, the agenda is<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span>Election of chairman of the meeting<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Presentation of the annual report for approval<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Election of board members<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Election of auditor<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Determination of membership fees<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Proposals from the board and from members<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Optionally<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Proposals from members must be submitted in writing 14 days before the general meeting to the email address:<\/span><a href=\"mailto:kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk\"><span>kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>We look forward to seeing as many of our members as possible.<br \/>\nAll members are welcome, but due to the number of cups of coffee and cinnamon buns that need to be ordered, we ask you to register by email<\/span><a href=\"mailto:kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk\"><span>kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk<\/span><\/a><span>before 22 September.<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>The annual accounts are expected to be posted on the organisation's website one week before the general meeting<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>See you soon<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>The board of directors<\/span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear members of Venneforeningen In accordance with our articles of association, we hereby convene a general meeting on Wednesday 1 October 2025 at 15.00.
