    1. Election of chairman of the meeting.<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    J\u00f8rgen Franck was elected chairman of the meeting.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The chairman of the meeting stated that the general meeting was legally convened.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    2. The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Chairman presented the Board's report, which was taken note of.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    3. Presentation of the annual accounts for approval <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The chairman said that the accounts arrive so late to and from the accountant that they cannot be posted on the website before the general meeting. This is mainly due to the fact that the DR accounting system, which the association depends on in a number of areas, has a long \u201ddelivery time\u201d for the figures, partly because DR uses the calendar year, while Venneforeningen uses the financial year 1\/7 to 30\/6.<\/p>\n

    The chairman explained the large deficit with the board's desire to spend more of the money at our disposal on the organisation's purposes. Therefore, a large amount has been donated to contribute to the bell set for DRSO. In addition, more than DKK 100,000 has been spent as a one-off expense for setting up the website and upgrading the IT-based membership directory.<\/p>\n

    Finally, this financial year, DR has charged the association for security staff and cleaning in connection with the events in the Concert Hall, which has not happened to a similar extent previously.  <\/p>\n

    4. Election of board members.<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The current board consists of 8 members.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Mogens Rubinstein, Chairman<\/p>\n

    Finn Gravesen, Vice Chairman<\/p>\n

    Michael Henrik Adeler-Bjarn\u00f8<\/p>\n

    Ulrik Skat S\u00f8rensen<\/p>\n

    Leif Aamand<\/p>\n

    Head of Ensemble Kim Bohr (born member, not eligible for election)<\/p>\n

    Ren\u00e9 Mathiesen, Chairman of the DR Symphony Orchestra (born member, not eligible for election)<\/p>\n

    Emil Lykke, chairman of DR VokalEnsemblet (born member, not eligible for election)<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Finn Gravesen and Leif Aamand have not wished to stand for re-election.<\/p>\n

    Ann Granum and Carina H\u00f8edt were elected.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    5. Election of auditor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The board proposed the auditing firm Christensen & Kj\u00e6rulff.<\/p>\n

    Christensen and Kj\u00e6rulff were elected.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    6. Determination of membership fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    The membership fee rates for next season were set at:<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Single member 300 kr.<\/p>\n

    Pensioners 250 kr.<\/p>\n

    Young 0 kr.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    7. Proposals from the Board and from members<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    There were no proposals from the members.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    8.Any other business.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The Chairman thanked the chairman.<\/p>\n
