Venneforeningen for DRs Kor og Orkestre hereby convenes its annual general meeting<\/p>\n

                                     Monday 8 October 2018 at 16.30 - 18.30<\/strong><\/p>\n

The general meeting will be held in DR Byen, Studio 2 with the following agenda:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Election of chairman of the meeting.<\/li>\n
  2. The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.<\/li>\n
  3. Presentation of the annual report for approval and decision on the utilisation of profits or coverage of losses.<\/li>\n
  4. Election of board members.<\/li>\n
  5. Election of auditor.<\/li>\n
  6. Determination of membership fees.<\/li>\n
  7. Proposals from the board and from members.<\/li>\n
  8. Optionally<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After the formal part of the general meeting, there will be a short break with a cup of coffee or tea.<\/p>\n

    For practical reasons, we kindly ask you to register via the website no later than 28 September. To register for the General Assembly, please follow this <\/strong>link<\/a> and enter your membership number. You are then registered for the general meeting.<\/strong><\/p>\n
