  1. Election of chairman of the meeting<\/strong>
    \nThe board proposed J\u00f8rgen Franck, lawyer and oboist, to once again chair the general meeting. He was unanimously elected by the assembly and established that the general meeting was legally convened.<\/li>\n
  2. The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.<\/strong>
    \nAgainst the backdrop of recent years' financial challenges during the corona pandemic, declining membership, expensive rent in DR and a loss on the annual accounts, a completely different picture emerges this year.
    \nWe have been able to offer many regular offers, but also several extra offers, and we have recently been able to offer an event with DR's Big Band.
    \nThe collaboration with DR's Head of Repertoire Tatjana Kandel is exemplary. There are things that the association has no influence on, such as the choice of time for dress rehearsals (Wednesday or Thursday). This year, as last year, a total of four scholarships were awarded to musicians and singers.<\/p>\n

    At last year's general meeting, DRSO violinist Teresa la Cour told us that she and her colleague Stanislav Zakrjevski were working on creating the 'World Peace Philharmonic Orchestra'. We chose to provide financial support so that, at the orchestra's first concert, a video could be made that could be used to raise money from various foundations. The concert was held in DR's concert hall with 51 resident musicians from 23 countries, conducted by Barbara Hannigan and Thomas S\u00f8nderg\u00e5rd.<\/p>\n

    Milena Nielsen and Emilie Bremholm J\u00f8rgensen have decided to stop working for us due to an increasing number of tasks at DR.
    \nWe then decided to take on the work ourselves.
    \nThe chairman thanked the board members for their enthusiastic approach to their work. Special thanks to Stig Hother Hansen, current treasurer, for taking on and solving many of the administrative tasks.
    \nAs we no longer have paid employees, VAT accounting, atp, holiday pay and financial balances with DR, we can move to a cheaper agreement with our external auditor.
    \nAll in all, the new economic situation provides more money to support choirs and orchestras.
    \nThe board was thanked and the members were introduced.<\/p>\n

  3. Presentation of the annual report for approval.<\/strong>
    \nStig Hother Hansen reviewed the income statement, which shows that a loss from the previous financial year has turned into a profit, despite the same number of members.
    \nEquity has increased. The accounts balance.
    \nWe have awarded 4 scholarships to two musicians in the Symphony Orchestra and 2 singers in the Vocal Ensemble.
    \nAdministration costs are significantly lower.
    \nOther debt written down to 0.The accounts were approved by acclamation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Comment from member: there is too little coffee at the events. Mogens explains that DR is responsible for catering and that we therefore have no influence on this.<\/li>\n

  4. Election of up to 7 board members.<\/strong>
    \nAll are willing to stand for re-election.The board was unanimously re-elected<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  5. Election of auditor<\/strong>
    \nWe have taken over the Auditor role ourselves. Redmark's future role will be solely to issue a Nomination Statement.Election of auditor approved.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. The board proposes unchanged membership fee<\/strong>Adopted<\/strong>

    \nMember under 30 years: free of charge
    \nMember 30-64 years: 300 kr.
    \nMember +65: 250 kr.<\/li>\n
  7. Proposals from the board and members<\/strong>
    \nNo proposals received from members.
    \nThe board has 2 proposals for changes to the articles of association.
    \n\u00a74.1\u00a0<\/strong>The Annual General Meeting will be held in Copenhagen before the end of November.

    \n\u00a75.2.\u00a0<\/strong>The financial statements, which must include the income statement and balance sheet as of 30 June, are prepared by the auditor elected by the general meeting, who provides the financial statements with an endorsement.

  8. Optionally<\/strong>
    \nSuggestions to organise more events for young people. <\/strong>
    \nThe board points out that there are already a number of events for young people organised by DR. As an organisation, we cannot take on this role.

    The chairman of the meeting concluded the general meeting and thanked for good order.<\/p>\n
