Dear members of the Circle of Friends<\/p>\n

In accordance with our articles of association, we hereby convene a general meeting<\/p>\n

Wednesday 11 October 2023 at 15.00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Like last year, it will be held in Svenska Gustafskyrkan, Folke Bernadottes all\u00e9 4 2100 Copenhagen \u00d8 <\/strong>(right by \u00d8sterport Station, but without parking options<\/strong> at the church). Doors open at 14.30.<\/p>\n

After the formal part, more scholarships will be awarded this year than previously, which is why there will be a more extensive music programme with singing and games than we have had the opportunity to do before. In fact, there are twice as many scholarships as we managed when we held the general meetings in DR-Byen.<\/p>\n

According to the articles of association, the agenda is<\/p>\n

  1. Election of chairman of the meeting<\/li>\n
  2. The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.<\/li>\n
  3. Presentation of the annual report for approval<\/li>\n
  4. Election of up to seven board members<\/li>\n
  5. Election of auditor<\/li>\n
  6. Determination of membership fees<\/li>\n
  7. Proposals from the board and members<\/li>\n
  8. Optionally<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Proposals from members must be submitted in writing 14 days before the general meeting to the email address: kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk<\/a><\/p>\n

    We look forward to seeing as many of our members as possible. All members are welcome, but due to the number of cups of coffee and cinnamon buns that need to be ordered, we ask you to register by email kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk<\/a> before 4 October.<\/p>\n

    The annual accounts are expected to be posted on the organisation's website one week before the general meeting<\/p>\n
