Dear members of the Circle of Friends<\/p>\n

In accordance with our articles of association, we hereby convene a general meeting in October.<\/p>\n

It takes place Wednesday 26 October 2022 <\/strong>in Svenska Gustafskyrkan at 15:00 and will be accompanied by a larger music programme than usual. The address is Folke Bernadottes all\u00e9 4, 2100 Copenhagen \u00d8, Denmark<\/strong> (right by \u00d8sterport Station).<\/p>\n

Once again this year, we have chosen to award twice as many scholarships to DR's talented musicians and singers. This means that we can enjoy twice as much music and singing as at previous general meetings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

  1. Election of chairman of the meeting<\/li>\n
  2. The Board of Directors' report on the organisation's activities over the past two years<\/li>\n
  3. Presentation of annual reports for the last two years for approval.<\/li>\n
  4. Election of board members<\/li>\n
  5. Election of auditor<\/li>\n
  6. Determination of membership fees<\/li>\n
  7. Proposals from the board and members<\/li>\n
  8. Optionally<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Proposals from members must be submitted in writing to the association no later than two weeks before the general meeting at the email address kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk<\/a><\/p>\n

    We look forward to seeing as many of our loyal members as possible. All members are welcome, but for practical reasons (coffee\/cake), we ask you to register at the email address kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk<\/a> before 19 October 2022.<\/p>\n
