At the DR Girls” Choir Midsummer Concert on Monday, six of the girls stood out from the rest of the choir's ”uniform”. They wore their student caps. And as their leader, Phillip Faber, said from the stage: ”When I saw them yesterday, they weren't wearing hats. In other words, they graduated on Monday and chose to spend this festive evening with the Girls' Choir and the other youth choirs. One of the students with the red and white caps even started the concert with a solo in the choir's black dress, bare feet and the coveted cap. Not surprisingly, the six young girls received special applause from the large audience. As you know, the girls' choir is now part of the Friends' Association, and all guests at the concert on Sunday and Monday were handed the association's recruitment leaflet as they left the Concert Hall in DR-Byen. We also congratulate them and hope for new members among the youth choir's many "fans".
