At its general meeting, the Friends traditionally awarded a scholarship to a singer from either the VocalEnsemble or KoncertKoret. Watch here how Anna Karina Sundstedt, President of KoncertKoret, motivated the scholarship to Jens Rademacher, 1st tenor in the choir. Unfortunately, we cannot bring you the songs Jens Rademacher sang at the general assembly as a thank you for the scholarship.
The Friends granted a grant for the Girls' Choir's trip to Paris in October where they performed in the presence of their patron, HRH Crown Princess Mary and the First Lady of France, among others.
