Venneforeningen for DRs Kor og Orkestre hereby convenes its annual general meeting
Monday 8 October 2018 at 16.30 - 18.30
The general meeting will be held in DR Byen, Studio 2 with the following agenda:
- Election of chairman of the meeting.
- The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.
- Presentation of the annual report for approval and decision on the utilisation of profits or coverage of losses.
- Election of board members.
- Election of auditor.
- Determination of membership fees.
- Proposals from the board and from members.
- Optionally
After the formal part of the general meeting, there will be a short break with a cup of coffee or tea.
