Dear members of the Circle of Friends
In accordance with our articles of association, we hereby convene a general meeting
Wednesday 1 October 2025 at 15:00.
Like last year, it will be held inSvenska Gustafskyrkan, Folke Bernadottes allé 4 2100 Copenhagen Ø(right by Østerport Station, butwithout parking optionsat the church). Doors open at 14.30.
After the formal part, several scholarships will also be awarded this year, which is why there will be a more extensive music programme with singing and games,
According to the articles of association, the agenda is
- Election of chairman of the meeting
- The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.
- Presentation of the annual report for approval
- Election of board members
- Election of auditor
- Determination of membership fees
- Proposals from the board and from members
- Optionally
Proposals from members must be submitted in writing 14 days before the general meeting to the email address:kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk
We look forward to seeing as many of our members as possible.
All members are welcome, but due to the number of cups of coffee and cinnamon buns that need to be ordered, we ask you to register by emailkontakt@drvenneforeningen.dkbefore 22 September.
The annual accounts are expected to be posted on the organisation's website one week before the general meeting
