Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Dear members of the Circle of Friends
In accordance with our articles of association, we hereby convene a general meeting Wednesday 6 November 2024 at 15:00.
Like last year, it will be held in Svenska Gustafskyrkan, Folke Bernadottes allé 4 2100 Copenhagen Ø (right by Østerport Station, but without parking options at the church). Doors open at 14.30.
After the formal part, there will be more scholarships awarded this year than ever before, which is why there will be a more extensive music programme with singing and games
According to the articles of association, the agenda is
- Election of chairman of the meeting
- The Board of Directors' report on the association's activities during the past year.
- Presentation of financial statements for approval
- Election of up to seven board members
- Election of auditor
- Determination of membership fees
- Proposals from the board and members
- Optionally
Proposals from members must be submitted in writing 14 days before the general meeting to the email address: kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk
We look forward to seeing as many of our members as possible.
All members are welcome, but due to the number of cups of coffee and cinnamon buns that need to be ordered, we ask you to register by email kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk before 28 October.
The annual accounts are expected to be posted on the organisation's website one week before the general meeting.
