Dear members of the Circle of Friends
We weren't allowed to last year. Now we have to again: follow our articles of association and hold a general meeting in October.
It takes place Monday 25 October 2021 in studio 2 in DR-Byen at 15.00, and it will be accompanied by a larger music programme than usual. As we've written to you before, we weren't able to award scholarships to DR's talented musicians and singers last year, but we've saved the money and are therefore handing out twice as many portions this year. Which in turn means that we can enjoy twice as much music and singing as at previous general meetings.
The agenda follows the articles of association:
- Election of chairman of the meeting
- The Board of Directors' report on the organisation's activities over the past two years
- Presentation of annual reports for the last two years for approval
- Election of board members
- Election of auditor
- Determination of membership fees
- Proposals from the board and members
- Optionally
Proposals from members must be submitted in writing to the association no later than two weeks before the general meeting at the email address kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk
We look forward to seeing as many of our loyal members as possible. All members are welcome, but for practical reasons (chair set-up and coffee/cake), we ask you to register at the email address kontakt@drvenneforeningen.dk before 18 October 2021.
The annual accounts for the last two association years will be posted on the association's website one week before the general meeting.
